Position Overview

Advanced Flavors & Fragrances is seeking an innovative and experienced Food/Application Technologist (Flavors). This critical role will be central to our dynamic team, focusing on the application of flavors in customer products. Key Responsibilities

Flavor Application Development

• Design and implement applications for flavors to align with customer needs and product specifications.
• Collaborate with the R&D team and clients to ensure optimal product-usage fit.

Quality Control and Assurance

• Conduct rigorous QC/QA processes to maintain the highest standards of flavor quality and safety.

Testing and Evaluation

• Perform detailed tests and evaluations of flavors in various applications.
• Prepare application samples for sensory testing and evaluation by the team.
• Manage raw materials, laboratory supplies and housekeeping.

Customer-Centric Flavor Selection

• Choose and recommend flavors for application in customer samples, ensuring suitability and appeal.

Team Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience and Skills

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Flavors industry.
• Strong sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.
• Results-oriented and customer-centric work ethic.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities

Roles & Responsibilities

- Set up kitchen daily

- Prepare the food for hot pot and ensure smooth operation

- Cut various meats and vegetables as per established specification

- Track inventory stock in kitchen and conduct daily order

- Assist head chef fry hot pot soup base

Job Requirements

At least 3+ years’ experience in hot pot

Good experience in hot pot kitchen operation

Good skill in meat slice and garnish

Knowledge of good hygiene practices.

Willing to work long hours and OT when required

Understand hot pot spices well

Can speak Chinese well
