Job Description
- At least 3 years experience as Chef in Hotels or Restaurants
- Able to cook Thai, Myanmar and Western Fusion Dishes.
- Resposible and fully in-charge of Foods arrangement, Foods Garnishing, Dishes Arrangement
- Must have experience and familiar with the Authentic Spices and ingredient for preparing and cook dishes in accordance to the specified (authentic) recipes and able to apply Freestyle methods of cooking if required
- Responsible and in-charge of injecting new dishes in the menu
- Fully in-charge in preparation (cook) of various type of Sauce, Spices, Stock for soup & etc.. for kitchen daily usage
- Must hands on preparing of raw material and ingredients for cooking
- Maintaining inventory, purchasing (ordering) of raw materials/ingredients
- Oversee the kitchen staffs to ensure safety, sanitation practises in the kitchen are compliance with all hygiene and cleaniess in accordance with company’s SOP and statutory or regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Able and willing to Multi Tasks and to display a hands-on approach at all times.
* Able to motivate staff and guide them to ensure compliance with standards.
* Able and willing to work under humid and heat environment.
* Able and willing to self load and unload goods of at least 25kg on approach
* Able and willing to work on Public Holidays, weekends and split/rotation shift.
