Job Responsibilities

1. Chauffeur Managing Director, his family members /guests /friends /relatives or any other staff as required.
2. Run errands and courier documents /packages /items between Hotels and other properties, at least 2-3 times a day.
3. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the owner’s vehicles.
4. Wash and Clean owner’s vehicles daily.
5. Ensure sufficient funds in the in-vehicle cash cards of all the 4 vehicles. Top up cash cards to $100 as and when the amount falls to $35 or below.
6. Ensure sufficient fuel/petrol in all the 4 vehicles. Fill up petrol whenever the fuel left with half tank.
7. Send 4 vehicles for regular servicing and inspection, and renewal of Road Tax.
8. Transport passenger(s) by helping them in and out of vehicle; loading and unloading luggage; driving the vehicle.
9. Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
10. Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Education & Work Experience

1. 5.5 day work week with alternate weekends off duty i.e. Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6.00pm (with an hour lunch break),Sat or Sun: 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the hotel premises are cleaned and well maintained
• Cleaning of guest rooms, dorms and capsules according to Hotel P&P Standards

• Cleaning of public area such as lobby, lounges and pantries
• Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, in a safe and sanitary condition
• Report and fault or damages in the various locations in the hotel
• Inspect and turn all linens for outgoing washing or returning from laundry contractor
• Respond to any Housekeeping calls from guest or Supervisors as and when required
• Update daily cleaning report and submit to Supervisor at the end of shift for checks and filing
