REQUIREMENTS

• Food hygiene audit certificate (WSQ) – preferably

• Basic food hygiene certificate (WSQ)

• 5 years of related experience

This position is responsible for maintaining the entire kitchen operation which includes training and developing all kitchen staff and ensuring consistency in work performance.
