Veterinary clinic looking for a full-time pet care assistant/veterinary nurse who is reliable, highly motivated and passionate to join our growing team in providing excellent care and service to pawrents and their furkids. Our clinic sees mainly dogs and cats.
The clinic is equipped with the following:
- IDEXX blood analyser suite
- Digital radiography
- Ultrasonography
- Multiparameter patient monitoring facilities
- IM3 dental machine
- Dental radiography
- Endoscopy
- Dedicated cat wards and dog wards/runs
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality patient care and to assist the veterinarian/technican.
- Handling and restraining of patients
- Provide in-house husbandry and daily care of hospitalized patients
- General housekeeping and managing inventory
- Some reception duties
Requirements:
- Experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
- Passionate about pets
- Computer proficiency
- Effective communicator & great interpersonal skills
- Able to work weekends and weeknights.
