An exciting opportunity to be a (Senior) People Development and Learning Executive role in a global leader in the beauty industry!
This is a progressive multi-national company with forward-thinking people development practices. You will be responsible for the training and development of the organization’s employees through ensuring strong delivery of programmes to help employees fulfill their potential. You will be trusted to play a key role as a programme manager for a suite of programmes including managing the evaluation of programmes and communicating with training vendors.
You will also play a key role in our data-driven organization by monitoring quarterly KPI dashboard and ensuring accurate and timely update of data in the Learning Management System with the support of Shared Services.
Job Description
- Support in the development and implementation of learning strategies, activation and ad-hoc programmes that are aligned with organization’s objectives
- Play a key role as a programme manager for a suite of internal programmes which entails organizing, facilitating, and co-delivery
- Monitor and evaluate post-learning feedback from employees for continuous improvement and propose improvements
- Design and manage the communication of learning programmes and drive employee participation for various programmes
- Manage the learning KPI dashboard on quarterly basis and support in learning reports and data for senior stakeholders
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and be responsible in timely and accurate update of learning records with the help of shared services
- Coordinate and communicate with external training vendors to deliver training programmes
- Manage PO for internal and external programmes, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Support in activation and communication of performance management process and employee engagement survey
- Support in the Annual Country Reporting required by the Group to publish learning KPIs in the company annual report

- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Advanced excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup) with data analytical mindset
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management

- Salary up to $6k
- One Year Contract (renewable/convertible subject to performance)
