We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team and assist our Endodontist with dental procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Skills:

• Assist the endodontist in performing endodontic procedures, including root canals and other related treatments.
• Take and process X-rays of patients’ teeth and gums.
• Effectively use and maintain dental instruments during procedures.

Hygiene and Sterilization:

• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, sterilizing dental equipment and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Manage and monitor infection control practices according to the latest industry standards.
  

Communication Skills:

• Effectively communicate with patients, explaining procedures and addressing their concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide clear instructions and post-treatment care information to patients.
• Assist in basic front desk duties.
  

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental assistant, ideally in an endodontic or specialty dental practice.
   
2. Education: At least a Secondary School or "O" level qualification in any field.
   
3. Specialized Skills: Previous experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus, especially in an endodontic or specialized dental practice.
   
4. Preferred Candidate Profile: Non-executive role specializing in healthcare, preferably with a focus on dental specialties.

The Health Service Manager at Advent Endodontics Inc plays a vital role in ensuring the

smooth operation of our root canal specialist clinic. This position encompasses a variety of front desk

responsibilities, administrative tasks, and the management of patient care services, with a focus on

enhancing the patient experience and maintaining the clinic’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

- Manage patient registration and payment processes.

- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic’s appointment calendar.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from patients.

Patient Management:

- Collect patient information and maintain accurate patient records.

- Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying patient insurance coverage.

- Address patient concerns and provide support throughout their treatment journey.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage clinic correspondence, including emails and mail.

- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation and reports as required.

- Oversee inventory management for office supplies and dental materials.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with dentist and support staff to facilitate patient care.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for clinic needs and supplies.

- Collaborate with other dental clinics to facilitate patient referrals, ensuring smooth

communication and continuity of care for patients requiring specialized treatments.

Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:

• 2 years and above, experience in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
