As a Medical Record Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Management of medical records.
- Scanning and accurate indexing for retrieval, processing, delivery and release of medical records.
- Uploading to electronic medical records.
- Perform data entry and clerical work in Medical Record Office and attend escalations.
- Manage stakeholders' expectation during service delay/ disruption.
- Adhere strictly to the confidentiality & data protection obligations.
- At times might need to cover counter duties when clinic assistant are not available.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or Certificate in any field of studies.
- At least 1 year of work experience in data entry or proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred.
