As a Staff Nurse, you shall be responsible to provide professional nursing service of the Inpatient Ward/Suite in accordance with established nursing policies and procedure and standard operating procedures of nursing care and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide a high standard of care to patients through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients.
• Responsible for the safe delivery of care to patients
• Support Nurse Manager/Clinician in ad-hoc task

Requirements

• Willing to commit to 3 shifts, on rotation basis.
• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Nursing.
• Candidates with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will have an added advantage.
• A meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

• Provide a consistent level of excellent patient care through health assessment, laboratory and diagnostic image testing, review of results and preparation of health reports to provide comprehensive health evaluation of clients.
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the centre.
• Mentor, train and supervise new nurses and administrative staff.
• Promote and market by giving radio interviews, medical talks, and promotional videos.
• Work with Corporate Communications for digital marketing campaigns.
• Involve in financial budgeting and planning, P&L deliberations.
• Approve medical supplies purchases, including vaccines, supplements, consumables.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine, MD or M.B.B.S
• Valid Practicing Licence and BCLS
• Malpractice Indemnity Cover mandatory
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience post-graduation
• Prior experience as General Practitioner or Family Physician
• Health screening experience preferred
