Job Description

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Review and familiarize with Automation systems used on site.
• Execute and review SAT protocol/reports.
• Assist Automation Engineer in commissioning.
• Support Engineers in documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments etc).
• Assist Engineers in creating and reviewing maintenance procedures / maintenance plans.
• Support Automation System PQ.
• Provides trouble shooting / continuous improvements to processes / systems. Maintain high GMP standard meeting the regulatory expectations such that the site is always inspection ready.
• Monitor and enforce compliance measures (including Data Integrity and safety) within their specific discipline to ensure inspection readiness of plant, as well as participate as an audit team member in the conduct of audits.
• Monitor and manage the DCS/PLC systems to ensure constant and reliable support to the plant at all times so as to minimize disruption to the production process.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience as Pharma Engineer with Controls experience in the process / pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Delta V system, especially batch process.
• Experience in SIL calculation and TMR system (Honeywell Safety Manager) will be added advantage.
• Experience in the Siemen PLC system will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of validation process, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Familiar and understanding of Global Engineering Standard (GES) and understanding of industrial standards.
• Effective communication & Operational Excellence skills.
• Show high level of initiatives.
• Knowledge in Alarm management system, LCS ( Local Control Station ) with push buttons, selector switch, ammeter, voltmeter and emergency stop. FRP enclosure with ingress protection, PEMS (Portable Emissions Measurement Systems), Building management system, Urgency system & Commission automation system

Job Description

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
• Review and familiarization on Process equipment's (PID's, lay outs and block diagrams).
• Execute and review SAT/FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols/reports
• Review of documentation (SOP's, WRA, Risk Assessments)
• Review and generation of maintenance plans
• Following the project, the candidate will remain accountable for the designated system and would be accountable for:

Ø Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely. Maintain awareness in SEHS within Technical Services and strive for improvements.

Ø Quality: Ensure that all Engineering and maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with Engineering Standards and Procedures. Lead key Quality improvement projects. Assist and lead investigations and CAPA

Ø Reliability: Assure reliability of plant equipment and systems by managing team to implement conditioning monitoring and methods, conduct equipment measurement and improvement on repeating failure; evaluate/analyze data/results, provide recommendation and follow up monitoring

Ø Continuous improvement: Drive continuous improvement by providing recommendation and initiative to promote sustainability.

Requirements :

• Min 5 years of engineering experience with Degree in Engineering or min 6 years of engineering experience with Diploma in Engineering
• Min 5 years of technical experience in Bio/Pharma industry with Degree or min 3 years of technical experience in Bio/Pharma industry with Diploma
• Experience in GMP and safety practices & Knowledge transfer
• Highly knowledgeable and competent in their field of work.
• Strong technical knowledge and well verse in all technical aspects.
• Substantial fault-finding and trouble-shooting experience.
• Good analytical skill in investigation.
• Lead complex issues investigation and detailed troubleshooting.
• Experience in commissioning and sytem, drawing design review
• Experience in documentation in KNEAT, SAP, VEEVA
• Experience in VAF system, (VAF in Mechanical Engineering commonly refers to Vane Airflow Sensor, a device used to measure the flow of air in various applications, particularly in HVAC)
• Experience in EPA (Efficiency Particulate Air) , HEPA (high efficiency particulate air filter) & HVAC
