We are a modern, refreshing, primary care clinic with special interest in Paediatrics. We are currently on the look out for clinic assistants to join our team! Requirements:
- Most importantly - must enjoy and be comfortable handling children (and parents)
- GCE O level & above.
- Conversant in English and 1 more language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
- Previous relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in use of computer
Job Scope:
- Supporting frontline counter duties.
- Assisting with billing and claim submissions
- Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
- Answering general phone enquiries.
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Support doctor for clinic procedures and chaperone.
- Perform clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser.
