Must be registered with Singapore Medical Council.

Minimum post graduate 2 years or more.

Candidates must be willing to travel around the island to see patients.

Preference given for candidates with a mix of experience in:

- Primary Care

- Critical Care (A&E, ICU)

Job Description:

• Conduct home visits and nursing assessment
• Perform nursing procedures and assessment.
• Triage clinical conditions and respond in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement patient care plans as part of a team.
• Manage and monitor a patient's needs.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Assisting the Doctor as needed.
• Provide Caregiver Training.
• Conduct peritoneal dialysis training in hospitals and at home.
• Call centre manning.

Requirements:

• Candidates are required to travel to the relevant locations as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in acute hospitals.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Prior experience with dialysis machine operation is a bonus, but not necessary.

Terms:

• Remuneration: $3200 onwards with transport allowances.
• Training will be provided.
• 44 hours work week.
• The annual bonuses are expected to be generous depending on performance.
