Our client is a well-established medical device MNC well-regarded for contribution to society through their innovative healthcare solutions and services. As part of their expansion plans, this new headcount has been created. If you have at least 2 years of medical sales experience with a strong desire to build strong clinical expertise and develop effective relationships with Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and decision makers, we’d love to speak to you!
As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for your assigned portfolio.
Your key responsibilities include
Achieve annual territory sales target by implementing company approved strategic marketing and sales plans
- Build new and maintain existing strategic relationships with key clients, key decision makers, KOLs by making periodic visits for new opportunities and gain commitment to purchase
- Continuously identify prospective customers and represent the organisation in the best possible light for potential sales conversion
- Review of sales dashboards and preparation of monthly/quarterly sales reports, sales forecast, and other reports to ensure sales achievements are on track
- Demonstrate understanding of the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, and forming long term business partnerships
Clinical Function
- Build strong clinical relationships with customers by presenting the clinical value proposition of our portfolio of products
- Demonstrate full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits, overcome client objections and continuously improve these skills
- Effectively drive effective selling process and sales monitoring by conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and providing clinical training to customer
- Ad-hoc Case support
Business Planning and Performance Management
- Develop business launch plans by reviewing existing resources to identify growth opportunities
- Perform monthly in-market sales data analysis and product performance tracker to identify progress and effectively address any gaps to meet annual business plans or objectives
Marketing and Business Support
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing team on execution of events and activities for customers
- Keep abreast of the competitor activity to recommend necessary tactical action for new opportunities
Consignment Inventory & Billing Management
- Perform Consignment stock take in assigned territory
- Initiate daily top up process through 3PL distributor
- Monitor daily usage and work on billing process
- Perform consignment rotation and minimize discrepancies
