Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of cleaning staff. This role requires a valid Singapore driving license (manual, Class 3) and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations. Be trained in specialized cleaning techniques, including upholstery cleaning (mattresses, sofas, carpets, etc.). Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Manage scheduling and allocation of tasks to team members. Load and unload cleaning equipment (up to 20kg) on a daily basis. Maintain punctuality and promote a strong work ethic within the team. Drive company lorry to job sites and return home as needed.Qualifications:
Valid Singapore driving license (manual, Class 3). Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is preferred. Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying of equipment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
