We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations and Business Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinics and contribute to the company’s growth.
The successful candidate will ensure smooth clinic operations, enahnce patient experience, and develop strategies to expand the clinic’s client base and achieve revenue goals that align with the company’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management :
- Oversee day-to day operations of the clinics, coordinating staff and ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Manage clinic staff, including dentists, dental assistants and administrative personnel, ensuring proper staffing and smooth workflow.
- Monitor clinic performance and identify areas for operational improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Address patient concerns or complaints and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction. This includes planning and provide training to staff to improve customer services skills and overall patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, dental standards, and protocols.
- Maintain and improve clinic facilities and equipment, managing repairs and inventory of supplies.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff to ensure they meet clinic standards.
- Develop and implement a policies and procedures for staffing issues, such as urgent leave or sick leave, ensuring ad-hoc relief staff or runners to cover duties, with cross-clinic deployment as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting communication and teamwork among staff.
2. Business Development:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, and analyse market trends to refine service offerings and pricing model.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s brand and services through social media, digital content, and strong web presence.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Develop strategies to improve patient retention and satisfaction.
- Organize promotional events, health talks, or educational seminars to enhance the clinic’s visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare management, or a related field or equivalent extensive experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience in dental or medical practise management is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using dental patient management software is an added advantage.
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiencies.
