Job Purpose:

To provide assistance to therapists in clinical, administrative and technical duties in the Day Rehab Centre.

Job Description:

• Assist Therapist in setting up / supervising / assisting patients in the performance of therapeutic activities / exercises.
• Filing, maintaining and updating patients’ records
• Maintain therapy equipment and devices
• Tidy therapy area and assist with cleaning duties
• Handle enquiries, answer phone calls, record and convey messages

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "N"/"O" Levels. Certificate in Health Care/Therapy Assistant or related job will be an advantage
• Team worker with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interested to work with people with disabilities
• 5 days work

Job Description

• Maintain and update calendar to ensure good time management on scheduling of meetings, conferences and any other business/personal appointments.
• Manage business travel support such as the arrangement of flights and accommodation bookings, airport transfer, visa documentation, and planning of travel itineraries in accordance with business and meetings schedules etc.
• To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the executive office.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates.

• Responsible to all treatment related activities as directed by the Physician.
• Ensuring treatment place cleanliness, appearance and safety guidelines.
• Recognize and respond promptly to customers’ enquiries.

Requirements

• Possess with related certificate.
• Positive and caring personality towards customers.
• Posting extensive knowledge and skills about meditation & relaxation.
• Preferably with relevant working experiences in similar industries.
• Must be able to work on weekends and Public holidays.
