The Job
Financial:
- Effectively handles all transaction, payment and ensure proper documentation.
- Tally and check end of day collection and supporting documents.
- Support Centre/ Mobile Services vaccination sites and dormitory support
Clinical Duties:
- Perform clinical duties with training and supervision by Staff Nurse:
- Collect basic clinical-data (e.g. visual acuity, near/distant, colour vision, wt, ht, BMI etc) Vaccinations / Phlebotomy .
- Interpret urine tests.
- ECG
- Chaperon and assist doctor in carrying out clinical procedures
- Set up appointments for patients.
Service Orientation and Teamwork:
- Ensure a high standard of professional services to clients.
• Proactively identify customer’s needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organisation.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with others to contribute to the medical centre’s performance
Equipment, Supplies and Maintenance:
- Responsible for keeping inventory of equipment and their maintenance.
- Responsible for reporting to the Centre/ Mobile Services Manager of any machine breakdown or damage to property.
- Responsible for adequate supplies of stationery and other consumables.
Others:
- Keep self-informed and up-to-date on product and services offered across the organisation.
- Attend training as assigned by Centre/ Mobile Services Manager
- Able to be deployed to other medical centres including supporting of Community Health Day and MMS events.
- Guides and if needed escorts patients to various stations as and when required.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Centre/ Mobile Services Manager
The Person
- Minimum GCE N / O Levels.
- At Least 1 year of relevant working experience in a healthcare or hospitals
- Possess good customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and conversational skills
