Client Care:

• Assist in the movement of clients to and from home, activities or events
• Prepare, serve, feed the clients during meal times
• Provide companionship, conversation with clients
• Cleaning and maintaining hygiene of the clients
• Ensure the safety of clients at all time
• Facilitate and create a conducive environment for clients to rest
• Provide feedback to the Manager on client's behavioural changes or issues of concern
• Assist the Manager in managing the client's family and caregiver

Day Care Programme:

• Assist or oversee executive of the Day Care Programme as directed by the Manager
• Assist and encourage the clients to participate in the programmes
• Assist in monitoring the attendance of clients
• Offer feedback, ideas to the Manager in developing new programmes

Requirements:

• Certificate in healthcare
• Relevant work experience in social service / healthcare industry preferred
