Leads a team responsible for administrative support, logistics, human resources, procurement, and sales & service support. Their duties include:
- Managing a team of 4 staff covering administrative support, logistics, HR, and procurement.
- Assisting in implementing environment, health, and safety programs and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing invoices, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
- Collaborating with the Managing Director to set policies and procedures, researching productivity methods, and submitting reports.
- Overseeing logistics operations, including deliveries, warehouse management, and quality standards compliance.
- Managing sales and service support, maintaining the company's LinkedIn page, and resolving customer issues.
- Procurement responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships, managing inventory, negotiating rates, and resolving discrepancies.
- HR duties involve staffing, training, salary benchmarking, leave administration, performance evaluations, and maintaining personnel records.
- Acting as a team player, offering assistance to colleagues, and performing any other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar.
- Min. 10-15 years in Healthcare industry.
- High integrity and commitment to ethics.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and after hours.
