• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently
• Assist the dental team during procedures and maintain a sterile environment
• Handle administrative tasks including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management
• Communicate effectively with patients about treatment plans and procedures

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Patient-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the Clinic and create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic
• Responsible for updating patients’ information and sending reminders for dental treatment
• Responsible for gathering patients’ feedback forms and handling patient feedback
• Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
• Ensure the appropriate supply of equipment and materials
• Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist
• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
• At least 2 years experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
