We are looking for an energetic and capable clinic manager who will provide administrative and clinical support to our dental clinic. The candidate will also provide excellent customer service and build relationships. The candidate ideally should also possess good dental knowledge and assisting skills.

The scope of the manager will be to monitor and lead the operational part of the clinic, and the dental assistants. The manager will work directly with the clinic director, through regular meetings, project planning and up-keeping protocols.

CORE DUTIES

• Overseas the day-to-day management of dental clinic.
• Performing the hiring, training and performance evaluation of staff members.
• Ordering stocks and supplies for clinics when required.
• Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
• Patient registration and manage/schedule appointments
• Assists and answer patients questions or issues
• Process payments and issues receipts/invoices
• Maintain a friendly and approachable style to build relationships and work harmoniously with others at all times
• Create and organize marketing activities, both online and off-line
• Assist promotional events and digital campaigns
• Maintaining dental surgeon, dental assistants schedules and staffing needs
• Dental assisting may be required.
• Reporting of daily/monthly finance and preparation of reports required
• CHAS/Medisave submission
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Good Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), Mandarin is preferred for Mandarin speaking patients.
• Minimum education: Diploma/'O' levels
• Minimum: 3 to 5 years dental assisting with strong front desk experience in a clinic/dental setting
• Experience in managing a healthcare facilities or dental clinics.
• Cheerful, with an out-going personality
• Well-organized paying attention to detail and customer-oriented
• Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and internet savvy
• Proficient in dental management software
• Good understanding of office management, finance and marketing principles

• Can work independently and responsibly
