• Assist with billing and insurance claims (if applicable).

Other Duties:

• Assist doctors and nurses with specific tasks as required.
• Maintain a safe and sterile clinic environment.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic software (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
