The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. Job Description

• Serve as the primary representative of the Customer Engagement Training organization
• Develop learning journey and training curriculum to address brand needs, coordinating with team members for an integrated approach to content development and mastery.
• Develop content for brand and business acceleration efforts
• Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available
• Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues throughout their training journey and support training of other team members
• Familiarize with and act as an expert for the current selling framework, market and customer content, new disease states and treatments across the current and future product portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Life Sciences or other similar fields
• Relevant sales representative experience in pharmaceutical industry
