Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and available.
• Assist in patient positioning and draping to maintain a sterile field.
• Work closely with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nurses, to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing, have scrubing experience

Job Scope:

• Record informative, accurate and concise statements on the medication / treatment record form for procedures rendered to patient as applicable.
• Assist the Doctor during treatments / procedures and examination of patient.
• Coordinate pre and post-operative nursing management for all surgery patients.
• On call once in awhile, on call will include overnight cases, weekends and PH rostered on call stand by, on call allowance $12 per activation
• 42 hours week across Monday to Saturday, 6 days week, Sunday permanent off day
• AM Shift – 7am to 2.45pm
• PM Shift – 2pm to 9.45pm
