We are seeking a motivated and creative individual who is able to think out of the box to join the Future Health Systems team. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and transformation within the hospital as well as co-ordinate initiatives to redefine processes to enhance the existing and future patient journey and care delivery for patients at EGH. Your focus will encompass envisioning new models of care, optimising future patient journeys, expanding access to care and harnessing predictive analytics, which includes project planning, identifying infrastructure growth needs based on the long-term Campus Masterplan, and assisting in building business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and associated funding. You will facilitate workshops, coordinate meetings with stakeholders to understand the project requirements and develop appropriate methodologies, technologies and assumptions for the assigned projects before developing databases and performing detailed data analyses and assessment to facilitate senior management’s decision-making.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies would be an advantage
• Experience and proven track record of successfully leading and implementing innovation initiatives
• Team player with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment within a growing organisation
• Good presentation skills, adept with the use of Microsoft Powerpoint and/or other presentation software
• Ability to stay motivated and deliver results despite any challenges

Beauty Manager Role:

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards
• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Run online competitions to attract new customers

Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in medical herbs related retail shop
• Able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.

• Able to read and Write chinese (liase with chinese supplier for chinese herbs and medicine)
• Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
• Weekday off, must follow the working schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support clinician manpower planning requirement and oversee recruitment of clinicians to fill any manpower shortfall.
• Support the development and implementation of an effective employee engagement plan for staff.
• Manage the appraisal cycle of clinicians for Performance Appraisal Moderation Boards.
• Manage clinicians’ promotion process, including updating clinicians’ promotion eligibility based on established timeline.
• Support clinicians’ scholarship application process
• Support Manpower planning and Ancillary Staff Management.
• Leads and supervises staff to deliver quality care to patients and to meet organizational goals.
• Coaches, mentors and inspires staff in their continuous learning and career development.
• Engages and communicates with staff to foster teamwork and to ensure information and knowledge are shared timely and effectively.
• Oversees staff recruitment and retention to achieve a stable, skilled and motivated team.
• Contributes to performance appraisals.
• Partnership with the respective HRs.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Ensure HR databases are updated (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Process staff’s requests and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
• Collaborate with HRs and Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
• Provide orientations for new staff by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field will be advantage
• Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
• Hands on experience with HR software
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of labor legislations
