Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure proper receiving of raw materials and packaging materials

2. Checking of stock-in documents (supplier invoices, certificate of analysis, safety data sheet)

3. Checking of packaging materials upon stock-in (e.g., unboxing, checking of damaged stocks, verifying quantity received)

4. Storing and replenishing packaging materials to their allocated shelving

5. Support counting of inventory (packaging materials) at least 2-3 times a week

6. Monitor stock level of packaging materials, maintain First-In-First-Out system

7. Top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags, cold-chain packaging to facilitate operations

8. Ensure the storage location is tidy, neat and clean at all times

Other Duties:

1. Account for delivery orders accurately and assist to handover the products to courier

2. Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards

3. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g. filing of documents).

Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is an advantage.

3. Good team player, meticulous and service-oriented.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Summary:

You will be responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of quality care for the patients by upholding the standards of nursing practice and adherence to the established hospital protocols and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in overseeing the overall execution of DIS standards and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation of clinical practices including utilization of new technologies, regular clinical audits to ensure the standards of care are of high quality.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of patient care to ensure optimal standards of nursing practice have been achieved.
• Check consent form to ensure its completeness and validity before explaining to the patient on the type of procedure or examination that he/she will be undergoing and the estimated duration of it.
• Integrate evidence-based practice in the reviewing and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and clinical competency checklists for the department.
• Guide and supervise nurses in the provision of patient and family education including delivery of appropriate care pre and post interventional procedures.
• Assist Radiologist in Interventional procedures.
• Assist Radiologist/ Anesthetist in moderate sedation cases.
• To ensure correct billing of consumables used and procedures done for patients.
• Ensure that precautions have been taken to protect patients, staff and public from unnecessary exposure to ionizing radiation.
• To respond and manage emergency situation in an efficient and calm manner.
• To apply and adhere to infection control practice and standards.
• Participate in Nursing Quality Committee.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Assistant Director/ Radiologist.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Post-basic Specialty Certificate/ Advanced Diploma in Specialty Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years clinical experience.
• Preceptor/ Clinical Instructor experience.
• Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurse.
• Valid BCLS and AED certificate.

$2000 to $3000 FULL TIME

A day in the life:

• Manage client’s enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals and other request
• Liaising with clients and insurers on policies renewal & new business placement
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Preparation of documents relating to transacted business
• Cleaning up existing renewal member listing provided client and/or clientele database
• Doing Premium & Benefits Comparison to keep abreast of market trends
• Be involved in ad-hoc projects to improve the business processes through the ulitization of technology
• Carry our any other duties as assigned and required
• Assist with claims

What you need:

• At least a Diploma
• BCP, PGI, ComGI certifications are required. HI certification a plus
• Minimum 2 years of insurance experience
• Strong service orientation, positive thinking and proactive attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently
• Must be a team player and be able to work together in a team
