• Execute quality procedures and related inspection/ release activities.

Under the general direction the Nursing Director and with oversight from the Executive Director of Business Operations, the Operations Manager is responsible for a variety of supervisory, administrative, and financial non-nursing functions.

Service:

Human Resources:

• Supports Staff as a resource in information systems.

Materials Management/Equipment:

• Coordinates and maintains systems for: (a) control group of inventory levels: (b) outside purchasing of supplies and equipment and capital equipment.

• Keeps audit trail of equipment ordered and received.
• Ensures that equipment is safe and in proper working condition in coordination with other departments.

• Collaborates with Patient Care team in obtaining information/planning on new products/technology; facilitates the introduction of new equipment/supplies.
• Generates and submits operating and capital budget requests based on the unit/patient care needs in conjunction with appropriate resources.

Quality:

• Collaborates with Director to keep unit regulatory ready, demonstrating knowledge of regulatory guidelines and ability to participate in unit quality programs.

Spa Therapist (Non-Medical) (Including Foot Reflexologist)

Health spa requires

* All races are welcome and only for Singaporean / PR

* Full-time/ Part-time - Male/ female therapists ( Non-medical )

* Perform body treatment include back, shoulder & body massage- Carry out treatment according to

company standard operating procedure and service standard to do personal foot/body massage

and spa treatments according to company standard.

* Maintain high level of professionalism Customer service - Be polite and Courtesy when greeting the

guest

* Self-discipline on personal hygienic, maintain cleaningness at all times and presentable

* Able to converse in different languages for multi-languages

* Related skill in Therapist / Beautician/ Masseur is an advantage.

* For spa therapist ( Non-medical ) , company will arrange for course for those interested in service sector

and have the willingness to learn the skill and have a positive working attitude.

* Basic salary S$4000-S$6200

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of beauty & spa working experience as supervisor or senior role.
- Willing to work on retails hours & weekend.
- Good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills.
- CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or other beauty related qualifications
- Good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Sale oriented, service oriented and customer focused.
- Initiative, passionate, independent, cheerful personality & strong leadership skills.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You’ll be in-charge of:

• Leading service operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking and menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to
