We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Bungee Fitness Instructor to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engaging, fun, and safe bungee fitness classes for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bungee fitness classes in a safe, effective, and fun manner.

Requirements:

1. Must be certified in Bungee Fitness with at least some teaching experience.
2. Previous experience in conducting bungee fitness classes is essential.
3. Ability to adapt and modify classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
6. Commitment to a 1-year contract is required.

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

• Provide direct patient care and chaperone doctor, which include supporting in-room procedures
• Front counter responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone call inquiries, crowd control, etc.
• Booking of appointments in the system such as follow-ups and corporate health screening.
• Able to provide financial counseling.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Alert and rectify duplicate patients’ records in the system.
• Assist in dispensing medication when required.
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Handle billing and collection of payments (cash, NETS, credit cards, cheques) with integrity and accuracy.
• Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
• Handle any other administrative duties when required.

Requirements

• Has 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (Experience working in a GP clinic is a bonus)
• Fresh graduates with healthcare-related qualifications are welcome.
• Experience in clinical duties such as taking blood samples, reading vital signs, etc. will be advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy
• Good interpersonal skills, a good team player, and good time management skills.
• Willing to learn and the ability to adapt are key attributes for this role.

Responsibilties

• Supervise the safe execution of the works and maintain excellent site safety and housekeeping records.
• Check all relevant drawings and method statements to ensure that works are planned and carried out with compliance to safety regulations
• To review safety policies and procedures, the risk assessment during each phase of construction and present them to Safety Action Group. Conduct investigation on any safety infringement or accident on site and prepare safety reports.
• Ensure that all site excavation and hot works are executed with approved permits and full-time supervision.
• To be familiar with the Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) Requirements.
• Advise emergency response plan and ensure that the plan is exercised in accordance to the approved response plan.
• Submit and maintain daily site records reporting on the daily activities and the safety inspections carried out on the Contractor and alert CAG and other relevant authorities as and when safety infringements are encountered.
• The report shall consist of a short write-up, together with photographs supporting his reports or claims, recommendations and follow-up actions, etc.
• Proper protective wear must be worn at all times when site staff us on site.
• Check and ensure all the necessary safety requirements and procedures pertaining to the Airside Works Procedures Manual and Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) Requirements, and the safety regulations
• Proposed Procedures to ensure Full implementation of Compliance with SMS & AOS Requirements for Airside Construction and Development
• Conduct safety inspection of the worksite to look out for Foreign Object Debris (FOD), obstacles exceeding allowable height limits
• Inspect and ensure that all work activities and obstructions, machinery and vehicles are kept out of the minimum clearance distance from active runway, taxiway, and taxi lane at all times.
• Carrying out daily checks on the airside work sites, preparation of daily inspection reports, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a WSHC, of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works
• Possess a WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC) certificate.
• Certification in “Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)” or equivalent.

As a Beauty Advisor, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.

Responsibilities: -

· Attend to customer request and enquiries on skin-care or cosmetic products

· Recommend the ideal beauty product to customer according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing

· Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty

· Basic housekeeping of work area

· Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take

· May be required to be involved in new beauty product launches and related events

Knowledge & Skills: -

· Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team player

· Pleasant disposition & well-groomed

· Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers

Key Results/ Measures: -

· Retail sales target achievement

· Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profile

· Ensure inventory management for individual counter

· Ensure excellent customer service is given to the customers (e.g. product knowledge)

Education & Experience: -

· Minimum Secondary educational level

· Experience in beauty, skin care or cosmetic products will be an advantage
