• Manage exit interviews reschedules (if any) for resignees (specialist level) to meet with senior authorities
• Support leadership search and Renewals exercise.
• Arranging interview meetings, prepare appointment and renewal letters for Exec’s review and updating details into the system

Critical Skills/Knowledge:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software
• Min GCE Alevel, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
