Job Description & Requirements

• Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies, risk assessments, and safety programs for a manufacturing facility with clean room operations.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Fire Safety Act, NEA guidelines, and ISO EHS standards.
• Serve as the Fire Safety Manager (FSM), conducting fire drills and audits to meet SCDF requirements.
• Manage incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct safety briefings, Safety meetings, and internal audits to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports on EHS audits, inspections, and compliance to management.

Requirements

• MOM-registered WSH Officer (WSHO) and SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certifications.
• At least 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or clean room environment.
• Familiarity with EHS standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and Singapore's environmental regulations.
• Strong expertise in incident management, risk assessment, and fire safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and management.

1. Operational Management:

• Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility, including equipment and amenities, is well-maintained and in good working order.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety standards, including regular inspections and emergency procedures.

2. Staff Management:

• Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and manage staff, including fitness instructors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Scheduling: Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any issues related to staff performance or behavior.

3. Customer Service:

• Member Relations: Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Membership Sales: Oversee membership sales, renewals, and retention strategies. Work on increasing membership numbers and managing promotions.
• Program Development: Develop and manage fitness programs, classes, and events that meet the needs and interests of members.

Responsibilities:

· Removing nail polish, cleaning, trimming, filing, polishing & buffing nails.

· Soften calluses and remove rough skin and ensuring smooth and soft feet.

· Applying artificial aails and creating nail art designs.

· Providing tips and recommendations for nail and skincare for hands and feet.

· Maintaining the cleanliness of the spa and workplace.

· Performing all facial treatments therapy available.

· Adhere to sanitation standards.

· Ability to up sell products and packages.

· Managing customer appointments and building clientele base.

· Keeping and updating records client records accurately.

Requirements:

· Familiar with facial treatment processes.

· Atleast 2 years of retail sales and customer service experience.

· Enjoys interacting with co-workers and customers.

· Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
