Overview of the position:
- You will work closely with the Asia Finance & Sales Operations Manager, global teams, and leadership.
- Providing insightful financial analysis to support rapid growth of the business in Asia.
- Driving cost effectiveness while enhancing business resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly financial performance analytics and deliver updates during close calls.
- Forecast quarterly business results to identify potential risks and collaborate with sales & marketing leadership.
- A strategic partner to all functions for resource allocation to fuel company growth.
- Proactively highlight financial risks and opportunities to ensure smooth operations and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with FP&A colleagues to share best practices and establish a top-tier financial foundation in Asia.
- Work with global finance teams to improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Respond to ad hoc requests
Qualifications and experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience; Big 4 Audit firm experience and commercial exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and Anaplan preferred.
- Solid compliance awareness and knowledge of revenue/cost analytics.
- Skills in SQL, Tableau, and SFDC are a plus.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
