Main Responsibilities

• Prescription Reading: Interpret doctors' prescription forms.
• CAD/CAM Files: Download scans, upload for fabrication.
• CAD/CAM Operation: Operate milling equipment.
• Model Making: Create models from dental impressions.
• Prosthetic Fabrication: Build, repair, and alter prosthetics.
• Customisation: Tailor prostheses to patient needs.
• Quality Check: Ensure accuracy and standards.
• Collaboration: Work with a team and dentists.
• Material Management: Manage dental supplies inventory.
• Machine Management: Maintain and service equipment.
• Tech Utilisation: Stay updated on dental technology.
• Protocol Improvement: Develop and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Min ITE certificate/ Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering
• FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
• Tech Literacy: Computer and phone skills required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Responsibilities:

You will maintain a continuous improvement mindset to seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality, productivity and/or patient safety care.

• Assist in prescription processing/supplying of medicines to outpatients, inpatient and other departments, e.g.: Laboratory, Radiology and wards
• Compound lotions and antiseptic solutions as directed
• Pack oral and topical medications
• Collect prescription charges for outpatients
• Assist Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician in store management
• Assist in compiling statistics for reports and survey
• Involve in Quality Improvement or Patient Safety Project

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / 'O' / 'A' Level credits in English and Mathematics / NITEC or Higher NITEC / ITE Skills Cert in Healthcare (Outpatient) (Traineeship) / WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) or equivalent / Diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably with experience in clinic or hospital setting.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Assist in monitoring drug consumption.
• Compound mixtures and lotions when required.
• Provide customer service in retail shop.
• Involve in Quality Improvement or Patient Safety Project.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year's experience in a hospital
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
