Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound stock receipt, inspection, and repacking
• Process orders in alignment with established standards
• Conduct quality checks on orders and prepare them for delivery
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stocktaking
• Carry out billing procedures for services rendered
• Coordinate deliveries to clinics or patients
• Assist with general housekeeping and inventory management
• Perform ad hoc tasks, including cross-functional support and participation in quality improvement initiatives
• Responsible for procurement support, inventory management, and coordination within a healthcare setting.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a pharmacy setting
• Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation systems, or outpatient pharmacy operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheet.
• Possesses a positive learning attitude and a willingness to grow with the company.
• Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the lab processing of all diagnostic service products and storage preparation of clients umbilical cord blood units and cord tissue.
• Monitor sample withdrawal within 48 hours when initial withdrawal is insufficient.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents in collection kits
• Good understanding of the specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and be able to carry out duties efficiently
• Assist in the maintenance of quality in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager and Assistant Laboratory Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Science or related disciplines.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in supervising junior staff will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.

Working Location: Yishun

Working Hours: 5 days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) 9am - 6pm

Salary: Up to $4,000
