Position: Medical After-Sales Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Medical After-Sales Maintenance Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of medical equipment within hospital settings. You will also provide training to medical equipment operators and address any inquiries or issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Commissioning: Handle the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of medical equipment in hospitals.
• Training: Provide operation skills training for medical equipment operators to ensure proper use and functionality.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform repair, maintenance, and upkeep of medical equipment, including regular inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve various inquiries and problems from customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the company and leaders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree or higher in medical equipment maintenance, medical electronic instruments, biomedical electronic engineering, applied electronic technology, electronic information engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in medical equipment repair and maintenance. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.
