Job Responsibilities

· Technical Support:Provide on-site technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of hardware and software issues.

· Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test new hardware and software systems according to customer requirements.

· System Maintenance:Perform regular maintenance and updates on customer systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Customer Training:Train customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively, including providing documentation and hands-on guidance.

· Issue Resolution:Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including issue logs, service reports, and customer communications.

· Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met and to escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of programming in C,C++ are added advantages
Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
Have knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products are added advantages.
Have passion for exploratory testing and test automation are added advantages.
Able to work independently within tight schedule with positive disposition.
Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
Fluent of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

· Experience in conducting equipment/facility FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and serving as both author and executor of QSR (KAYE validator).

· Proficient in writing PQ, cleaning, development/study protocols, SOPs, and work instructions.

· Responsible for raising Change Control requests, identifying tasks, and performing impact assessments, with a focus on processes and process equipment.

· Experienced in writing deviations related to processes, cleaning, and process equipment (PQ).

Job Description

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Review and familiarize with Automation systems used on site.
• Execute and review SAT protocol/reports.
• Assist Automation Engineer in commissioning.
• Support Engineers in documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments etc).
• Assist Engineers in creating and reviewing maintenance procedures / maintenance plans.
• Support Automation System PQ.
• Provides trouble shooting / continuous improvements to processes / systems. Maintain high GMP standard meeting the regulatory expectations such that the site is always inspection ready.
• Monitor and enforce compliance measures (including Data Integrity and safety) within their specific discipline to ensure inspection readiness of plant, as well as participate as an audit team member in the conduct of audits.
• Monitor and manage the DCS/PLC systems to ensure constant and reliable support to the plant at all times so as to minimize disruption to the production process.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience as Pharma Engineer with Controls experience in the process / pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Delta V system, especially batch process.
• Experience in SIL calculation and TMR system (Honeywell Safety Manager) will be added advantage.
• Experience in the Siemen PLC system will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of validation process, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Familiar and understanding of Global Engineering Standard (GES) and understanding of industrial standards.
• Effective communication & Operational Excellence skills.
• Show high level of initiatives.
• Knowledge in Alarm management system, LCS ( Local Control Station ) with push buttons, selector switch, ammeter, voltmeter and emergency stop. FRP enclosure with ingress protection, PEMS (Portable Emissions Measurement Systems), Building management system, Urgency system & Commission automation system

Responsibilities

• Process Validation: Test manufacturing workflows and processes to identify any gaps or inconsistencies.
  Ensure all procedures are efficient and meet required standards.
  
• Issue Identification: Identify and document any errors or inefficiencies in the processes.
  Provide feedback to improve workflows.
  
• Data Recording :Accurately record test outcomes and observations.
  Maintain detailed documentation for reporting purposes.
  
• Collaboration :Work closely with team members to address findings and implement improvements.
  Support team leaders in refining operational processes.
