We are a team of healthcare and administrative professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine, mobile services, executive health screening and imaging centers. About the role
We are seeking a Principal Executive, Online Pharmacy Operations to join our team. In this role, you shall be responsible for maintaining our online retail presence and taking on related pharmacy operations projects.
The ideal candidate should have a mindset of continuous improvement and proactive collaboration, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity or change. This candidate should also possess a strong operational acumen, good clinical sense, be able to manage complex operational decisions and have a good command of the English language.
This role is based in Tai Seng, Singapore and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Services.
A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain and manage the online platform for DA goods and services
- Create and update listings on the platform in a timely manner
- Plan, purchase and maintain the stocks of Over-the-Counter health products
- Ensure smooth and efficient order processing, fulfillment, and delivery
- Work with the customer service team to front enquiries and ensure service standards
- Manage customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
- Prepare regular reports on online performance and sales data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize store performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment across the company
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team for campaigns and programs
- Provide clinical pharmacy support to relevant teams when required
- Engage in operational or clinical projects to enhance the DA ecosystem, both physical and digital
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve workflows and ensure efficient processes
- Participate in online pharmacy transformation projects
- Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the retail pharmacy or digital healthcare space
- Clear understanding of local regulatory requirements
- Comfortable with data management, data analysis, and basic market research
- Passionate about online retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Able to engage with stakeholders in a corporate environment with professionalism
- Has an eye for detail and a strong sense of duty and responsibility
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with others, with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Good communication and language skills
- Comfortable with on-site work
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- Has unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Adept in using IT programs: MS Office, Google Suite, ERPS, etc
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges
