Key Responsibilities:

2. Consulting and Client ServicesProvide consultations to clients, assisting them in choosing appropriate services and products.
   Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a positive client experience.
   Keep up-to-date with beauty trends to advise clients on current treatments and services.
   
3. Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, train, and mentor the salon team to ensure high-quality service and client care.
   Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and address any areas for improvement.
   Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment for the staff.
   
4. Sales and Revenue GenerationDrive sales of services and products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
   Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
   Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
   
5. Marketing and Customer EngagementCollaborate on marketing campaigns to promote salon services and special offers.
   Manage social media presence and maintain client engagement on digital platforms.
   Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
   
6. Strategic Planning and DevelopmentIdentify industry trends and recommend new services, treatments, or product lines.
