Job Scope as Follows:

• Responsible for sale targets set by the company and make sure the consistent sales growth
• Gain in depth understanding of technologies and devices
• identifying business opportunities in the market
• developing strategic planning and lead the team towards the target
• To ensure that customers are provided with high quality care and attention throughout
• To provide clinical support and troubleshooting of medical equipment to users
• Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment
• Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct training sessions, perform product in service with the healthcare professionals in hospitals
• Maintaining Customer database
• Arrange and co-ordinate with the customers for the organisation of workshops, CME's training etc
• Work together with the other departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Advise the company with the market needs & trend for launch of new products and Systems
• Update the management about competitors plans, strategies etc for timely action
• Case support to Surgeons and Nurses to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels
• Co-ordinate with sales and arrange in-service in all the hospitals for the OT Nurses periodically
• Maintain the Cases Statistics report and surgery report
• Take initiatives and responsibility on Local CME's , Demo's, in-services, courses and workshops
• Meet the customers during available time to listen to customer feedback and suggestions
• Fully in charge of Inventory, technical matters related to all products

- To have keen Training Experience and Product Development Department

- Familiarize with Medical products and keen to promote medical sales

- To Support the Product Development Executive in Sales & Training, Marketing, Assembly and Delivery of Goods, Administration and Credit Management

- To ensure that all quotations and invoices / delivery paper works tally with purchasing orders.

- To Pioneer and Develop technology greenfield projects for the organization

- Integration of Existing Technology with Technology owned by Parent Company

- To use social media / webspace to display department capabilities
