Our client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology while reducing administrative burdens on doctors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound stock receipt, inspection, and repacking
- Process orders in alignment with established standards
- Conduct quality checks on orders and prepare them for delivery
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stocktaking
- Carry out billing procedures for services rendered
- Coordinate deliveries to clinics or patients
- Assist with general housekeeping and inventory management
- Perform ad hoc tasks, including cross-functional support and participation in quality improvement initiatives
- Responsible for procurement support, inventory management, and coordination within a healthcare setting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a pharmacy setting
- Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation systems, or outpatient pharmacy operations is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheet.
- Possesses a positive learning attitude and a willingness to grow with the company.
- Capable of working independently.
