Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable organization policies, processes and procedures, contributing to the execution of strategies and oversight of programs
• Oversee procedures to ensure that incoming materials including raw materials and commodities comply with company policies and processes.
• Manage investigations related to materials nonconformity with cross functional team.
• Serves as the primary contact to review and follow up on documentation and activities
• Prepare, maintain and facilitate review of the GMP documentations
• Coordinate site supplier quality issues, audit assessments and subsequent follow-up actions.
• Support global supplier quality team initiatives or other site improvement projects.
• Perform review/audit of Incoming material inspection package which includes receiving, sampling and testing compliance.
• Support the Supervisor to analyse and review performance measurements of the Supplier
• Quality Management business processes.
• Provide QA oversight for materials reduced testing program
• Responsible to provide relevant quality metrics reporting in Quality Management review.
• Lead, coordinate and drive cross functional teams/projects where necessary.
• Provide support for regulatory inspections (where necessary) without impacting daily operations
• Promote and follow safety work practices in the workplace
• Maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction by positively managing internal and external relationships
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in related science fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier quality is preferred
• Able to start immediate/ within short notice period

Working hours:

Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm

Materials Management

• Execute quality procedures and related inspection/ release activities.
• Manage and participate in new material qualifications, execution of inspection activities, preparation of inspection reports, as applicable.
• Oversee and ensure non-compliance materials are maintained in the appropriate lot status in the inventory system and proper storage locations.

You are part of the Quality Management team specialised in managing the Laboratory Quality System. This includes working with the laboratory management and all lab sections on quality matters. You will assist the Quality Manager to manage document control, accreditation compliances, and submission of quality reports for accreditation and for hospital management. You will be involved in various audits as well as documentation of audit reports and follow-ups. Other duties include preparation for quality management reviews, external quality assurance reviews, customer service surveys, follow-up of risk management and root cause analysis. You are expected to work amicably with other departments in hospital improvement projects.

Position offered is commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements:

• PhD, MSc or Degree in Science discipline
• Candidate with relevant experiences in managing quality management system is preferred
• Experience in organising / participation in College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) accreditation is advantageous
• Enthusiastic team player with attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
