• At least 12 – 15 years of nursing experience, of which 5 – 8 years are in clinical supervision, nursing training and education
• Hands-on experience with older adults in community-based care settings is essential
• Prior appointment in management roles and work experience in case management or care coordination will be advantageous
• Extensive clinical knowledge and skill
• Competent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
• Resilient and resourceful with a creative flair and aptitude to excel in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and different team dynamics.
