Medical Device Sales Representative

We're seeking a strategic and enthusiastic Medical Device Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Medicare Singapore!

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Singapore.

Role Description:

• Negotiate and close deals: Source and Secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts, exceeding sales targets and contributing to company growth.

• Build strong relationships: Foster trust and collaboration with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our product.

• Perform pre-sales and post-sales applications to customers of Clinics, Centres, and hospitals.

• Regular sales calls, daily visits to clinics, hospitals, and medical centers

• Promote sales activities and perform product demonstrations for selling of company’s products

• Apply market and product knowledge in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies

• Support workshops, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions

• Knowledge sharing of market information as well as clinical information with the rest of the team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with healthcare/medical devices, especially Ultrasond device.

• Demonstrate a keen interest in the Sales, Marketing, and medical equipment industry.

• Ability to perform well under stress and meet sales targets

• Independent, mature, resourceful, and customer-oriented with a pleasant personality, willing to learn new things

• A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills, and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate well (English, Mandarin)

• Preferable Singapore citizen, PR, Malaysian Work permit

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations

We are looking for a sales and marketing executive to help expand our market share in the dental laboratory industry and assist in organizing events. Some prior knowledge to the dental field would be greatly helpful. Candidates who have dabbled in the dental industry e.g dental assistants, sales reps, technicians and are looking to level up are encouraged to apply for the role!

Candidates should be a good communicator, possess good EQ and generally a people-person. As with all healthcare staff, candidates should be responsible and be attentive to details. At Elegance lab, we expect a response time of less than 20 minutes during working hours so as to ensure efficient work processes when we liase with the team and customers.
