• Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions
• Uphold company code of conduct and values
• Play an active and impactful role to deliver flawless execution in the Business Excellence, Process Centric Team (PCI) by updating performance against metrics, highlighting & resolving issues, with appropriate escalations
• Work with the process centric teams (PCT to identify and drive improvements as per the Continuous Improvement goals of the POT

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified
• Min. 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in leading and coaching in an Operational Excellence environment.
• Proven ability in application of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools
• Experienced in supporting sitewide operational excellence
• Experienced in engaging multiple stakeholders and driving to alignment and action.
