1. Deliver training to retail staff
2. Timely updates on product information to retail staff by developing:
- New product factsheets
- Product newsflash on need basis, e.g. competitor’s product comparison
- Memo on need basis, e.g. handling of negative news
- Key new product training (aka mini-training)
- Newsflash on monthly promotion mailer
3. Coach staff on customer service/sales skills when conveying feedback received from customers.
4. Ensure timely response to customer enquiries, feedback, appeals, etc.
5. Guide retail staff in handling customer’s enquiries, feedback, appeals, etc.
6. Update Excellence Service Award score
7. Assist in information vetting for marketing materials
8. Daily summary report of Zopim Livechat & other reports (on need basis)
9. Ensure update of in-store coaching record & filing of reports & coaching checklists
10. Update staff list
11. Assist to register staff for external courses & communicate with HR on SDF/relevant grant applications
12. Develop and conduct public talks on health and nutrition topics
13. Participate in road shows & promote and sell products and provide product information to public members
14. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when by Superior
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Nutrition or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in training and customer relations
- Good customer service attitude
- Good oral and written communication abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful & organized
