Position Summary:

Tink It! Education and Consulting Services seeks a dynamic Educational Therapist cum Teacher

Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality educational therapy to

neurodivergent children aged 1 to 10 and provide professional development training to

educators within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs, incorporating
• evidence-based practices.
• Design and lead teacher training workshops, emphasizing inclusive education strategies and
• behavioral management.
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans for neurodivergent students, focusing
• on their unique strengths and challenges.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and support strategies to
• reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Stay updated with the latest research in neurodiversity and educational strategies to
• continuously enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• A degree/diploma in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is
• preferred.
• Certified or extensive experience in educational therapy for neurodivergent children.
• Proven experience in teacher training or adult education.
• Strong understanding of different learning styles, educational assessments, and
• intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and educate
• others.
