Job Scope

• Handle patients/clients appointments
• Provide functional wellness / sports therapy service (30-45 mins per session)
• Impart therapy exercises knowledge to patients/clients
• Document therapy progress and client's condition.
• Minor sales involved as we have products and service packages.

Requirement

• Minimum Sports Science/Sports Management Diploma
• No experience is welcomed
• Confident in own physical condition (It's a physically demanding role but fulfilling role)

Aesthetic Therapist

• Locations: Singapore Islandwide
• Working days per week : can choose 4 /5 / 6 days per week
• Shop Operation Hours: 11am - 10pm (weekdays) | 11am - 8pm (Weekends) | PH Off
• Salary : $1,700 - $2,900 (depending on working days/ week) + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalized aesthetic consultations to clients, understanding their goals and recommending suitable treatment options.
• Conduct treatments based on consultations, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Collect payments and assist clients in scheduling their next appointments.
• Manage customer service operations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and consistent service.
• Offer in-depth consultations to address client inquiries and provide detailed information on available treatment services.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Conduct one-to-one therapy sessions.
2. Provide individual therapy.
3. Employ intervention strategies for child development.
4. Prepare and maintain student data and records.
5. Administer assessments and evaluate student progress.
6. Collaborate with families of children with learning challenges.
7. Conduct lesson plans and create learning aids.

Competencies to Learn

• Understand various learning disabilities affecting behavior, memory, and learning (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, GDD, learning deficits, and autism).
• Learn strategies to improve sensory and perceptual-motor skills, language, cognition, and memory skills.
• Understand how to tailor interventions to meet individual needs.
• Incoporate sensory activities and stimuli within the gym setting to support children in regulating their sensory systems while engaging in physical activity.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood, Linguistics, Sports Science, or related fields.
• Experience working with children is an advantage.

• Effective engagement and communication skills with children and clients.
