As a Manager in Medical Affairs – Clinical Governance (MACG), you play a crucial role in managing the quality and safety programmes, innovation work that impact the quality and growth
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programme within the organisation.
• Play an active role in identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.
• To ensure accurate data collation and compilation for various clinical quality activities including clinical performance indicators.
• To provide support to QA and Clinical Services committees and to continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.
• Manage incidents and serious reportable events and conduct root cause analysis.
• Demonstrate management skills necessary to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners across the system and work with teams across the hospital and institutions. This is to negotiate change and promote continuous improvement approaches and standards across the institution.
Key Requirements
- Min Degree in nursing / healthcare
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare. Working experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Governance is preferred
