Job Description

• Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties
• Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance and service standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
• Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
• Deal with feedbacks and complaints from customers to maintain the outlet’s reputation
• Manpower scheduling for staff.
• Submit daily sales and revenue reports to Management
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Salary range $3500-$5500

• Responsible for the implementation of policies, operating procedures, and upholding rules and regulations for all Spa staffs to include commissioned therapists, hourly staff, and leadership members
• Conduct payroll, employee schedules, Spa & Salon product and retail orders and maintain time keeping forms for all spa and salon
• Oversee talent development of staff and leadership members, including interviewing, training, performance evaluations, coaching and disciplinary action
• Ensure efficient daily operations of Spa center safety, staff engagement, and alignment with operational procedures, and performance standards
• Manage and monitor operational budget and Profit & Loss review ensuring favorable outcomes through efficient, cost-effective daily operation; including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services and inventory control
• Identify and proactively resolve Spa operational areas of opportunity, inefficiencies or concerns
• Maintain employee files, and ensure licenses and certifications are current
• Keep the Director informed on all pertinent information related to the department and reports irregularities and problems as they occur along with recommendations for solutions
• Maintain all departmental assets including equipment repairs and maintenance and ensures all departmental areas are maintained, clean, and organized
• Resolves all problematic occurrences including guest complaints, emergency situations, employee concerns, and payment discrepancies
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
• Is knowledgeable in Spa services and has a passion for wellness, and selfcare
• Has a flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays
• Speak Vietnamese is an advantage

• Hosting of LIVE streaming on Tiktok and Shopee to introduce and sell WOMEN fashion and beauty products.
• Showcase and highlight the unique selling points of products during live so as to push for sales.
• Interact and answer any enquiries from live viewers.
• Video content creation including the conceptualising of ideas to the actual shooting and video editing of the content.
• Manage and coordinate related work with external KOL / influencers that are working with us.
• Promotion and campaign planning for sales on various marketplace platforms including Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee and Woo Commerce.

• Prior experience in hosting live streaming for product selling.

• Able to communicate well in English.
• Able to carry out basic photo and video editing.
• Strong interest in women fashion and beauty trends and products.
• Able to work on flexible hours as live streaming may be carried out at night or on weekends in our Singapore office.

• Maintaining the clinic cleanliness and hygiene to a high standard and ensuring sterilisation of instruments
• Ad hoc front desk receptions duties including patient registration, appointment booking, cashiering and explaining treatments to patients
