Reporting to the Team Lead, you will drive day-to-day operations which include managing Academic Medicine (AM) grants and programmes across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC). This involves working closely with key stakeholders including senior management, the research, education and innovation domain leaders, various Academic Clinical Programmes (ACP), Joint Institutes (JIs), SingHealth Duke-NUS Disease Centres (SDDCs) and the wider community of faculty, nursing, allied health professionals, researchers, students and administrators. You will coordinate the planning, preparation, review and approval of AM grant calls and philanthropy-funded proposals for review. To ensure strong financial stewardship and good corporate governance, you will need to be adept with the AMC's policies with regard to programme criteria, donations, disbursements and grant terms; and ensure rigorous and timely proposal review, monitoring of progress, outcomes reporting and proper stewardship of AM resources. In addition to these, you may also be involved in the activities of the larger SingHealth and Duke-NUS community and could be assigned duties including special project and assignments as a representative of the joint partnership to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Degree with at least 2-3 years’ relevant experience and strong track record of stakeholder management, and driving multi-faceted projects with good outcomes
· Good organisational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
· Experience in managing grants, research or education projects and/or faculty matters will be advantageous
· Excellent command of the English language
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Energetic and self-driven
· Team player and a strong collaborator
· Independent worker and possess initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned
