Job responsibilities

1. Evaluation & Assessment

• Understand students' diverse learning and developmental needs, interests, abilities and potential through observations, diagnoses and discussions (with students, parents and colleagues), and adapt approaches accordingly

Job Holder requirements and attributes

• Degree from a recognised university, in any discipline
• Trained in learning approaches, such as Orton-Gillingham, Lindamood-Bell, and/or other relevant remedial approaches

• Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience

• Be sensitive to each guest’s comfort level and service needs

• Adheres to a high professional standard in dress, grooming, language and lifestyle

• Consistently records and updates client records

• Helps in performing other expected tasks and duties: stocks, treatment rooms’ cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc.

• Familiar with Body scrubs and/or wraps techniques, body massage, facial treatment processes

• High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Support recruitment activities, reviewing and liaison with candidates, government bodies and internally pertaining to onboarding documents including Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and work pass applications.
• Manage exit interviews reschedules (if any) for resignees (specialist level).
• Support leadership search and Renewals exercise.
• Arranging interview meetings,prepare appointment and renewal letters for Exec’s review and updating details into HRIS.

Requirements:

• GCE A Level/ Diploma / Degree in any field
• Able to commit till end Sep 2024

• Familiar with operating laboratory equipment.
• Test appliance to ensure an accurate fit and conforms to the requirements.
• Dental stone casting, trimming of stone die.
• 3D model printing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational qualification in relevant dental technician field
